We are looking forward to all our learning for the next two terms in P2/3M. Our context will be inventors and electricity. We will have a chance to design our own inventions. So far we have learnt about Charles Macintosh. Can you guess what he invented? In literacy we will be starting by working on our story writing and getting ideas from Julia Donaldson. We will then be writing instructions, and later move onto persuasive writing  and letter. This will fit nicely into enterprise. In maths we will be covering place value and then addition and subtraction. We will look at the communicative law and turning the number sentences around. We will then have a chance to brush up on our multiplication skills and try dividing. We will also have to look at money in enterprise!

In Health and Wellbeing lessons we are focussing on mindfulness and also how our brain works and of course working super hard in our PE lessons and during ‘Fitness Friday’. We will learn numbers, colour, conversation, body parts in French. We will be working on lots more subjects too including ICT and RME. We especially look forward to ‘Tuneful Tuesday’ and ‘Wilderness Wednesday’ as these are our favourites!
