Science and STEM at Kinloss Primary School

Science at Kinloss Primary School

As a school, we undertake lots of difference Science and STEM learning across the school year and across our school, which all of our children really enjoy. In June 2022, every class took part in the Great Science Share and was able to share their science leanring with another class and joined in with online learning during the event. All of our children achieved the Crest Superstar, Star or Discovery award and certificates as part of British Science Week and Primary 7s undertook a range of STEM challenges during Young STEM Leaders' week this year as well. Our staff are always willing to learn something new and took part in online training from SSERC (Scottish Schools Education Research Centre) in STEM, which we did at Christmas with great results.
